Cancellation policy

1. Subscription Structure

Monthly Plans renew every 30 days.

Annual Plans renew every 12 months.

All subscriptions are billed in advance and continue until cancelled by the account holder or terminated under our Terms of Service.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Online (Self-Serve):
Log in to your account and click Cancel Subscription.
Your service will stay active until the end of your current billing period.

By Email:
Email support@updating.ai from the email you used to sign up. Use the subject line: “Cancel Subscription” and include your order ID.

Partial-month refunds are not issued; see the Refund Policy for exceptions (cooling-off window or 30-Day Traffic Guarantee).

3. Reactivation

You may reactivate at any time via the dashboard or by emailing support. Previous configuration data is retained for 90 days after cancellation; after that, it may be deleted.
